		<description>The Art of Broken Agestandard and limited edition hardcover

This book was a true joy to design. Broken Age was developed by Double Fine Productions, and it featured characters and environments designed by some of my favorite artists working today. This was also an opportunity to work with Conley Presler. She drew the yarn-pal cover for the backer and limited editions of the book, and was also the digital art technician.

The team at Arkane provided a wealth of beautiful concept art for Dishonored 2. As a game player, and a fan of illustration, I love seeing the art that is created while developing a game. With this book, my goal was to showcase as much of the art as possible, and make the reader feel like they were walking through an exhibit at an art museum.

This was my first art book at Dark Horse, and it was a massive undertaking. 320 pages packed with decades of art produced for the He-Man toys, comics, animated shows, and live action movie. For the limited edition I also designed a Castle Grayskull slipcase with a working drawbridge. Check out this feature on Polygon for some fun pictures of the limited edition.

		<description>The Art of Mass Effect: Andromedalimited edtion harcover

I’m a big fan of the Mass Effect games, and while I didn’t design the interiors of this art book, I did design the slipcase and cover for the limited edition. The goal was to create a box that felt like it was part of the Mass Effect universe. The slipcase featured a die-cut window, detailed spot gloss, and magnetic hinge to keep the case closed. The book cover was printed on a metallic paper, and the logo was debossed. This edition also included a set of transparent blueprints of the Tempest spacecraft that is featured in the game.&#38;nbsp;

		<description>Blade of the Immortalomnibus volumes 1–6

Designing the first six Blade of the Immortal omnibus volumes was a full circle moment for me. Blade of the Immortal was not only the first manga I read, but it was also the first Dark Horse publication I ever bought. I love Hiroaki Samura’s art, so I really wanted to showcase his work, and keep the rest of the design clean.

		<description>Kaiju No. 8logo and cover design for ongoing series&#38;nbsp;Kaiju No. 8 is one of my favorite series to read and work on. The dynamic, full wrap cover art provided me with quite the challenge when it came to designing an English logo. I was really happy to create a style that could be modified to work with the incredible art, while hinting at the action, humor and horror of the story.

		<description>Mashle: Magic and Muscleslogo and cover design for ongoing series&#38;nbsp;Adapting the intricate cover design of Mashle was quite the treat. The final cover design follows a strict template, but the artwork is allowed to playfully break the frame on each volume. I also wanted the new English logo to convey the strength of the lead character, Mash Burndead, while retaining the charm of the original letterforms.

The original covers are quite stylish, so I cleaned up the letterforms a bit, and added a little silhouette of the titular family that plays on the style of classic James Bond title sequences.

		<description>Zom 100: Bucket List of The Deadlogo and cover design for ongoing series&#38;nbsp;The cover art for Zom 100 was designed specifically to work with the original Japanese logo, so just changing that logo to English would have obstructed the art on later volumes. The solution was to allow the artwork to overlap and flow through main logo. However, the volume number, creator names, and full series title would always be clear.
